Job Description
Role Summary
The Account Executive will be a core early hire responsible for client relationship management, account operations, planning, and delivery coordination across the Agency. In the initial phase, the role will also support business development, proposal creation, and pitch coordination to help build the pipeline and secure projects. As the team scales and functions are staffed, the role will fully transition into a dedicated Account Executive position focused on account growth, client satisfaction, and consistent delivery.
Reporting Line
- Reports to: Agency Lead
- Will works closely with: Strategy, Creative, Production, Performance/Digital, Project Management, Finance/Operations, and external partners/vendors
