Insight Global is looking for an Account Executive to work for one of our clients in Cheektowaga, NY. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining the customer relationship, ensure customer satisfaction, and negotiate any updates in terms all after the sales executive has onboarded a new customer. Essentially, after a sales executive gets new business, this person will be responsible for managing the book of business. The book of business can range from smaller accounts, all the way up to large accounts. On a daily basis, this role will require that you provide new quotes for financing upon customer request and also try to upsell this book of business. There is no cold calling involved in this role and will only be outbound calls to existing customers. For the first 6-12 months of the training period, this position will require this person to be fully onsite. After that initial training period, the role will move into a hybrid schedule with there being 3 in o...
