Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead the team in developing integrated End-to-End solutions based on ClientÃÂÃÂs needs and achieve optimized efficiency and balance between manpower, methodologies and technologies.
• Constantly identify and explore new innovations that would help to promote productivity and/or enhance solutions to Clients.
• Work with current project teams to review the operational iFM processes and identify areas of improvement.
• Assist in developing an overall change management strategy for business process reengineering projects and conduct change impact analysis.
• Manage key strategic ops projects to ensure sustainability of service quality and milestone progress.
• Prepare quotation, tenders, and submission of bids for integrated projects.
