This role provides Administration assistance to the assigned department


Essential Job Functions 

  • Managing Customer Logistical Order fulfilment process.

  • Creation of Internal and External Customer Pick Lists for Warehouse.

  • Consulting daily with warehouse, management team, supply chain and other departments where necessary.

  • Arranging internal and external Customers’ shipments with Logistics Service Providers, monitor and manage to ensure internal and external SLA is achieved.

  • Management of all Vendor related Operational invoices.

  • Create, process, and lock Operational and Transport invoices daily, weekly, and monthly as required.
