Role Overview:
Serve as the main point of contact for external mortgage clients and internal business partners.
Support a Relationship Manager and manage assigned client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction: Communicate daily with clients via phone and email; explain reports and resolve inquiries.
Account Administration: Handle account setup, maintenance, and oversight per policies and regulations.
Reporting: Generate and review reports in Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables) to summarize file status for clients.
File Review: Ensure mortgage and collateral files meet client criteria before storage (3 days to 30 years).
Issue Resolution: Research and assist Relationship Manager with day-to-day client issues.
Documentation: Create certifications, trust receipts, and handle sensitive correspondence.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with internal departments and external vendors as needed.
