The Account Supervisor is a crucial role within our finance team, responsible for overseeing the accounts payable and receivable functions. Manage the daily operations of the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes. Supervise and mentor a team of Accountants, ensuring adherence to company policies and accounting standards.
Review and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness before payment processing. Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue accounts to optimize cash flow.
Prepare monthly financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators and any discrepancies.
