Job Scope

• Verify cheques received against sales invoices to ensure accuracy of collections
• Bank in collections within two working days of receipt
• Prepare billing for miscellaneous charges and recoveries
• Manage accounts receivable functions
• Assist in AR invoicing
• Prepare monthly prepayment schedules
• Prepare monthly packing inventory schedules
• Assist in accounts payable (AP) entries
• Support fixed asset sighting activities
• Assist in inventory count processes
• Support monthly and yearly closing activities
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
