Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure the accurate posting of transactions into accounting software
  • Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and vendor payments
  • Prepare payment vouchers and assist with payments
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain proper filing system/bookkeeping function
  • Assist in accounts receivable and accounts payable matters
  • Handle petty cash records
  • Perform other ad-hoc finance-related duties as assigned
  • Assist with the processing of payroll
  • Handle staff expense claims
  • Provide general administrative support

Requirements

  • Basic accounting knowledge preferred
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
