Reef Gateway Hotel is a busy, well-established venue within Australian Venue Co., currently undergoing exciting renovations — with even more ahead for the property.

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the accommodation department, ensuring high standards across guest experience, presentation, team performance, compliance and operational efficiency.

This role is ideal for a strong hospitality leader who enjoys balancing guest service, operational management and team leadership while creating memorable guest experiences.
