Accommodation Coordinator
Location: Durham
Salary up to £29,812.57 per annum
Contract: Full time - Fixed term contract
Hours: 40hrs per week, Monday to Friday
About the Role:
The Accommodation Coordinator will be responsible for processing referrals for ex-offenders leaving prison, ensuring timely and accurate handling of accommodation requests. The role involves reviewing referrals, drafting and issuing correspondence, and maintaining regular communication via email with internal teams and external partners. You will work confidently across Microsoft platforms to update records, manage bed-space reports, and handle sensitive data in line with information-sharing and confidentiality requirements. Although allocation decisions are made elsewhere, you will be responsible for updating internal systems, including VECO, to reflect placements and changes.
