Location: Merrifield, Virginia (Hybrid)

Role Overview

We are seeking an Accessibility Engineer to support Marketing Technology Services Delivery teams. This is a hands-on engineering and influence role focused on embedding accessibility into frontend components, design systems, author flows, and Adobe Experience Manager implementations. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with product owners, designers, developers, and management to ensure fully accessible websites and digital products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accessibility expertise and coaching to teams across the enterprise.
  • Develop accessible code patterns for developers to use in new products.
  • Assist developers in fixing code issues to create more accessible products.
