Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Manager – Academic Programs is a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive individual who will partner with clinical leaders, talent acquisition, and academic institutions to provide programmatic support, planning, implementation, and execution of strategic academic priorities across practice sites. This pivotal role will have internal and external-facing interactions and will collaborate with clinical leaders, academic institutions, executive leaders, and internal teams to achieve the goals set forth as part of the Academic Operations Division. Reporting to the Vice President of Academic Operations, this person will work closely with academic institution leadership, the senior operations team and external stakeholders to carry out scale and grow USAP’s training footprint and align and grow strategic partnerships.
