Role Description The Academic Lead – Kindergarten Program is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. The person in this role will design, refine, and oversee the kindergarten academic curriculum, teacher development and innovation. Day-to-day responsibilities include guiding classroom practices, supporting teachers with training, coaching, and regular academic reviews and creating lesson plans and teaching materials.
