What Youβll Do
* Engage with high-intent leads via calls, WhatsApp, email, and chat
* Understand customer goals and pitch relevant certification programs
* Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and close deals
* Own end-to-end sales cycle and drive conversions
* Consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
* Manage and track leads through CRM with structured follow-ups
* Build relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
What Weβre Looking For (Core Competencies)
* Six months to 3 years of proven experience in closing deals in a target-driven environment
* Communication & Influence: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
* Ownership Mindset: Ability to manage pipeline and deliver results independently
* Execution Excellence: High follow-up discipline and CRM usage
* Experience working in the renewal team
