Role Overview
We look for a very responsible and organised person who loves being surrounded by kids and is motivated to work as a part of a team following our Kids&Us Method. We search for someone who can be a team leader helping our team of teachers to do their job to their best.
Responsibilities
This person will be in charge of:
- Dealing with families and kids (explaining to families how we work)
- Commercial tasks to explain Kids&Us Method in different contexts
- Making sure we fulfil the Kids&Us Method in each one of the stages of age
- Helping kids and teachers in everyday situations
- Having a nice, direct and honest relationship with the families of the school with the follow up of the students, so that families are updated on the process of learning of their kids
- Training new members of the team in our Kids&Us Method
- Daily tasks in the school
