Job Description
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair AC units (split, window, ducted, package units)
- Perform regular maintenance and deep cleaning
- Handle gas refilling and leakage checks
- Replace motors, capacitors, compressors, and control boards
- Assist with electrical troubleshooting and wiring
- Support the team during onsite jobs
- Follow safety and quality standards
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years AC technician experience in UAE or GCC
- Strong knowledge of AC repair and maintenance
- Ability to work independently and solve problems on site
- Good communication and customer‑handling skills
- UAE Driving License is a big advantage
- Technicians with a valid license will receive higher salary
