Job Description
Position: AC Technician
Department: Electrical & Instrumentation
Key Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on split units, package units, ducted systems, chillers, and other cooling equipment.
- Check and replenish refrigerants in accordance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Inspect electrical components, motors, compressors, thermostats, and control systems.
- Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare service reports.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures and industry standards.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
