Overview
We are looking for an experienced professional with strong knowledge of the UAE/Gulf abaya industry to manage and grow our business. Looking for someone who understands the complete abaya cycle from fabric to finished product to sales, and can take ownership of business growth.

- Strong knowledge of UAE/Gulf abaya market and sales trends
- Expertise in abaya fabrics, materials, and sourcing
- Strong skills in pattern making, cutting, and garment construction
- Deep understanding of design development and production process
- Strong sales experience with ability to drive revenue and achieve targets
- Ability to manage tailoring workflow and ensure quality control
