Your Responsibilities- Kitchen Station Management – Independently manage and organize your assigned kitchen station, ensuring efficient preparation and smooth daily operations.
- Mise en Place – Prepare and execute the daily mise en place with accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail.
- Product Preparation & Presentation – Creatively process and present high-quality ingredients in line with the hotel's culinary standards.
