This position reports to:
Business Line MV Drives Service Operations Manager__
As Engineering Team Leader, you will lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of engineers supporting modernization and upgrade projects for medium voltage drives within Motion Service Switzerland.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, cost-effective, and timely engineering solutions while ensuring efficient resource planning, team development, and achievement of contractual and financial targets. Working closely with Project Management, Field Service, and Sales, you will drive technical excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across engineering activities.
