Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Wealth Management Operations – Nominees professional to join their team on a 6‑month contract.

The successful candidate will support the day‑to‑day operational activities relating to Unit Trust and Bond transactions, ensuring accurate and timely trade processing and settlement. The role will also involve collateral monitoring, trailer fee reconciliation and monthly reporting, while working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle trade processing and settlement activities for Unit Trust and Bond transactions.
• Ensure all trades and transactions are processed and settled accurately and within the required timelines.
• Monitor collateral positions and excess collateral, and follow up with relevant business units on any outstanding matters or discrepancies.
