Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth order receiving and processing.
- Handle enquiries from distributors.
- Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on shipment arrangements.
- Handle shipment documentation (invoice, packing list, bill of lading, etc.) to ensure smooth customs clearance by importers.
- Handle warranty claims, short mispacking reports, and logistics quality problem reports.
- Handle SAP payment of supplier and buyer invoices.
- Prepare monthly reports on KPI results.
