Step into a key leadership role at Leggett & Platt as a 3rd Shift Manager. Drive production and ensure compliance in automotive seating manufacturing with a focus on safety and efficiency.
In this supervisory capacity, you will oversee the fulfillment of orders and analyze deviations to help meet manufacturing goals. You'll lead initiatives for process improvement and enforce EHS standards to cultivate a safe work environment. Technical support for production equipment is also part of your role, ensuring seamless operations.
