The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the setup, maintenance, testing, adjustment, and support of manufacturing machinery, tooling, dies, molds, and associated production processes. This individual plays a critical role in ensuring equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting overall manufacturing efficiency. The technician performs preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, diagnoses and resolves tooling and machinery issues, and collaborates closely with manufacturing, maintenance, and engineering teams to maintain optimal equipment performance. Responsibilities include coordinating preventive maintenance activities with production schedules to achieve on-time delivery goals, supporting equipment improvement and upgrade projects, and utilizing established communication tools to escalate manufacturing issues that cannot be resolved on the production floor.
