Job Description
Join our team as a 3rd-4th Year Millwright Apprentice! This position involves installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining machinery while focusing on hands-on technical support.
To excel in this role, you must have completed vocational training and have at least two years of experience in maintenance. You will be responsible for reading blueprints, conducting inspections, and performing routine maintenance, contributing to the efficiency of machinery operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, align, and dismantle industrial machinery
• Inspect equipment for malfunctions and irregularities
• Perform maintenance on power transmission and hydraulic systems
• Operate lathes and grinders for part fabrication
• Construct foundations for machinery installation
Requirements:
• Must be a Registered Apprentice in Alberta
• At least 2 years in a maintenance role
