**Job Title:** 3D Printer Operator
**Location:** Roselle IL 60172
**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1st Shift)
Occasional Saturday work and overtime as needed
**Pay Rate:** $22.50/hour
**Contract:** Temp to hire (Start ASAP)
**Position Summary:**
As an Additive Lab Technician (3D Printer Operator), you will be responsible for operating and maintaining 3D printers in an industrial setting. Core duties include print setup and breakdown, slicing STL models, optimizing printer capacity, ensuring print quality, and supporting daily manufacturing and prototyping needs. You’ll work hands-on with 3D equipment, perform part finishing, and participate in continuous improvement.

+ Associate degree or equivalent work experience
+ 1–4 years’ experience operating and maintaining 3D printers
