309A Electrician - Industrial Electrical Installs/Panel Builder/Controls Technician

Requirements

• Hold a valid 309A Electrical License.
• Have a strong knowledge of Ontario Electrical Code.
• Hold a valid Canadian driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Understand how to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot.
• Ability to carry out industrial installations including EMT and rigid conduit, wire, and associated equipment.
• Ability to build custom electrical control panels from prints.
• Work with VFD's and other various controllers.
• Strong understanding of PLC's, safety controls, and associated field wiring.
• Solid communication skills and be able to positively interface with customers.
• Ability to do a job take-off for quoting purposes.
• Must be able to work well alone or as a team.
• Able to work after hours or weekends as required.
• Short term US Travel.
