Job Overview
The Whey Operator is responsible for assisting the Whey Evaporator and Dryer Operator in the whey processing operation.
Job Responsibilities
• Operate and clean the AMVR Evaporator in automatic and manual modes.
• Operate and clean the TFD and MSD spray dryers.
• Perform lab work as required.
• Recognize deficiencies in product.
• Operate equipment in preparation for cream shipments.
• Troubleshoot and solve any productions problem during operation.
• Keep all records accurate and up to date.
• Keep equipment and plant in condition that will meet all regulatory agency requirements.
• All GLC employees are expected to perform any assignment or job task according to the stated safety policies and procedures.
• All GLC employees are expected to produce our products in a manner that exceeds the quality and value expectation of our customers and consumers by adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices, Policies and Proced...
