**Job Title: 2nd Shift Assembler**
**Location:** Mesa, AZ
**Schedule:** Monday–Thursday | 5:00 PM–3:30 AM
_(Training on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift)_
**Overview**
Hiring experienced assemblers for a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role involves mechanical assembly, reading blueprints, quality inspections, and supporting production goals.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble components and subassemblies from drawings and work instructions
+ Perform assembly line and production work
+ Conduct quality checks and functional testing
+ Troubleshoot assembly issues and support process improvements
