Job Description
The HR Executive is responsible for delivering efficient HR operations and supporting employee development and engagement across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures smooth execution of key HR processes including recruitment coordination, onboarding, records management, HR administration, training coordination, employee communication, engagement activities, and HR reporting.
The role also supports the Human Resources Manager in implementing initiatives that strengthen culture, employee experience, learning, and talent development, while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant labour requirements.
The ideal candidate is an experienced HR Generalist with 3โ5 years of handsโon experience managing multiple HR functions in a fastโpaced environment.
