Working Schedule

• Monday’s: Approximately 2:45 PM – 5:45 PM (3 hours per session)
• Friday’s: Approximately 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM (2 hours per session, when required)
• Approximately 39 training sessions per year
• Estimated 114 training hours annually, including CCA sessions, competitions, training camps and key milestone events.
• No training during public holidays, school holidays and examination stand‑down periods unless required by the school.
