DRCC Radiation Therapist
Status: Temporary Full Time (~August 2026 - January 2028)
Department: DRCC Radiation Treatment
Program: DRCC Patient Care
Days, Evenings, Weekends; 8 Hour Shifts (Subject to Change)
Location: Lakeridge Health Oshawa
Wage Schedule: $38.440 - $53.570 per hour
Position Summary
To perform all aspects of the radiation treatment process: patient care, patient education, simulation, treatment planning, treatment delivery and treatment monitoring within the regional radiation therapy program in compliance with the Standards of Practice of the College of Medical Radiation Technologists of Ontario.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform all radiation treatment and planning procedures to ensure accurate delivery of a prescribed course of radiation therapy including simulation, treatment delivery, basic dosimetry and brachytherapy.
