We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to support the delivery of a range of health and wellbeing projects. This is a varied role where you will work alongside health and social care teams, communities and partner organisations to plan, deliver and evaluate initiatives that help people to be more active and improve their wellbeing.

As part of this role, you will also provide remote project support to NHS Tayside for two days per week, working on similar programmes and contributing to wider system learning and collaboration.
