Job Description
NHS Fife has an exciting opportunity for a Telephonist to join the Switchboard team at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy. The role involves handling calls on a computerised Switchboard, responding to queries, pager requests, and emergency calls, with duties across alarms and telephony support for NHS staff and the public.
Full training will be provided; knowledge of NHS Fife is advantageous. The post is based at Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, with a 24/7 shift pattern across various times.
