Job Description

HKMCI-People in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an IT Operation Manager to lead the IT operations team and coordinate with our HK Headquarters. You will oversee a 24x7 Tier 1/2 Service Desk, drive process improvements, and ensure SLAs are met across complex client environments.

The role requires strong Cantonese, Mandarin and English communication, ITIL/ITSM expertise, and proven leadership in service desks. A CS/IS degree and 3–5 years of relevant experience are expected.
