Posting: 2027-098 Temporary Program Implementation Coach (1.0 FTE) CECDuties to commence August 31, 2026 and end on/or about June 30, 2027 (or earlier if incumbent returns or circumstances change). The Program Implementation Coach is a specialized role within the Bruce-Grey Catholic District School Board (BGCDSB) focused on improving student well-being, achievement, and indepedence. The core function of this position is to build staff capacity through collaboration, consultation, and informing, modeling, and coaching school teams (including Educational Assistants) in evidence-based strategies, such as Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), communication, and prompting/fading techniques, to support stuents with diverse needs. The Coach ensures fidelity to behaviour plans by providing in-action coaching and feedback.
