The EVR co-op role is ideal for undergraduate students pursuing degrees in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources. In this capacity, you will support recruitment for mine operations, conduct pre-screens, and assist with onboarding processes as well as events like career fairs. Gain valuable real-world experience while being part of a team dedicated to responsible resource development and community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in health and safety programs
• Support recruitment for hourly positions
• Conduct application pre-screens and schedule interviews
• Facilitate references and onboarding tasks
• Collaborate on HR research and reports
