Our client, a friendly personal injury boutique law firm, is seeking 2 Law Clerks to support 1 busy Litigation Partner and 1 Lawyer that has just joined the firm. This role is integral to ensuring files move efficiently through the litigation and settlement process.
In this position, you will play a key role in managing case files, coordinating documentation, and communicating with clients throughout the life cycle of personal injury claims. You will assist with drafting legal documents, organizing evidence, maintaining litigation calendars, and preparing materials for mediations, discoveries, and trial preparation.
