**Job Description**
This role focuses on setting up and operating manual lathes and mills in a newly built, climate-controlled machine shop. You will receive work orders and blueprints, select appropriate tooling, set up machines, and produce precision parts to specification using manual equipment and precision measuring tools.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum 2+ years of manual mill set up and operation experience with conversational programming or 2+ years of manual lathe set up and operation.
