**Aerotek is Hiring for 1st Shift Clean Room Assemblers!!**
Join a medical device manufacturing team assembling **neurosurgical sponges** in a clean room environment using **thread, sewing needles, and hand tools** .
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Assemble medical products following detailed work instructions
+ Perform repetitive, precision-based assembly tasks
+ Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
+ Maintain a clean and organized workstation
+ Follow all safety, quality, and clean room procedures
**Qualifications:**
+ Strong attention to detail and hand dexterity
+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy and focus
+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
+ Assembly, manufacturing, clean room, or medical device experience preferred
+ Sewing or fine manual work experience is a plus
