To respond to and resolve customer queries and problems related to products and services contracted for support and maintenance between Legal Interact and the customer.

- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to analyse and troubleshoot
- An understanding of Legal Contracts

- Ensuring that the case is assigned to the correct respondent
- Matric is a must, tertiary qualification in the legal sector
