Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
It is our policy to offer new colleagues a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) if desired.
The availability windows show the periods of time in the week we would like you to be available to work. We will schedule contracted hours within these times and provide 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. We are supportive of flexibility; if your available times are close to, but not exactly, the advertised times, we would still like to hear from you.
