SUMMARY:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Extensive Agile Master working experience (BMW experience)
- Experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban
- Excellent facilitation and coaching skills
- Ability to lead, organize and mentor Feature Teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
- Understanding of SAP HCM modules as used by BMW German Language skills are a bonus.
- Excellent usage of MS Office tools (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
- Working knowledge of AI tools
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools
- Experience in data-driven decision making and analytics
