ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Experience in Shell, Pearl, JavaScript or a higher programming language e.g. Java (4 years +)
Understanding and expertise in standard software development methodologies and patterns
Experience in integrating complex business information and technical requirements

ServiceNow knowledge and experience (3 years +) in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) & Configuration
Management Database (CMDB)
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure and Platforms
Experience and implementation of ITIL v4
Ability to conceptualize complex information and perform detail analysis when required
Experience with the Agile Methodology
