This Bristol primary school needs someone who can step in and support a pupil with SEMH needs, someone calm, consistent, and ready to build trust.
This isn’t a “sit back and observe” role. You’ll be:
- Supporting behaviour in the moment
- Helping a child regulate and re‑engage
- Working closely with a team that genuinely supports each other
