About the role

In this post, you’ll be working one-on-one with a young person on an EHCP. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SEN professional or someone passionate about supporting children with diverse educational needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs
* Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities and interventions
* Support pupils with their academic, social, emotional, and personal development
* Help implement and monitor Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and individual learning targets
* Encourage positive behaviour and support pupils in developing independence and confidence
* Adapt resources and learning materials to meet individual pupil needs
