We’re working with a caring specialist school in the Durham area that’s looking for a 1:1 Behavioural Support Assistant to support a pupil with additional behavioural needs.
What you’ll be doing
Providing dedicated 1:1 support throughout the school day
Helping a pupil manage emotions and behaviour in a positive way
Supporting learning, routines, and transitions
Using behaviour strategies agreed with the wider team
Being a calm, consistent presence when things feel overwhelming
