Job Description
Administer and maintain Jira Software and Jira Service Management environments. Configure and manage Jira projects, workflows, and user access. Create and maintain dashboards, filters, and reports. Implement Jira automation rules to streamline processes. Provide end-user support and training.<br /> <br /> Experience with Atlassian Cloud and Data Center environments is beneficial. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is a plus. Knowledge of Groovy scripting and ScriptRunner is advantageous. Atlassian certifications are preferred. Experience with migration projects between Jira environments is a good addition.Strong experience in Jira Administration and Jira Service Management is essential. Hands-on experience with workflow design and customization is required. Knowledge of permission schemes and security schemes is crucial. Experience with Jira Automation and scripting tools is necessary. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills are a must.
