Job Description

Design and configure compensation templates, guidelines, and budgets. Set up eligibility, proration, and permission models. Integrate compensation cycles with Employee Central and Payroll. Create documentation and conduct training for end-users. Monitor data quality and troubleshoot cycle issues.<br /> <br /> SAP SuccessFactors Compensation certification is preferred. Experience with HR data governance and audit processes is beneficial. Familiarity with troubleshooting and data quality management is advantageous. Knowledge of proration and currency conversion can enhance performance. Team collaboration experience is a plus.Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Compensation module is essential. Knowledge of eligibility rules and budgeting guidelines is critical. Familiarity with role-based permissions and workflows is necessary. Experience integrating with Employee Central and Payroll/HRIS is required. Strong communication and collaboration skills are a must.
