Job Summary
The Maintenance Working Foreman (MWF) is responsible for maintaining the physical plant, including buildings and grounds, in a safe and efficient manner with minimal supervision. The incumbent will carry out a preventive maintenance program and ensure repairs, alterations, maintenance and adequate safety of structures, grounds, equipment and systems. This position also covers security, inventory, equipment, snow removal and other related duties. The MWF will work as part of a team with other Maintenance personnel within the Board.
